Solved Oxide does not work (not installed)

Hello I try to run Oxide on my server with
RUST server Manager I made good (install / update server then install oxidemod then validate server files and nothing works I see the file oxide dand RustDedicated_Data

If you validate after install oxide it's owerwrite by rust files and disable oxide.

 

update steam first, after that update oxide.

server version is 2053 and loads vanilla as such. but as soon as i apply oxide server loads as version 2052? why?

 

ah its ok. its because gameservers cant pull they're fingers out and create a script to automatically pull the new oxide version from github. they do it manually. so all of us using GS have to sit around with our thumbs up our asses waiting for them to do something. Thanks wulf.

 

I use Gameservers for my server too, is this why my server has been resetting randomly all day? Because my version of oxide is out of date until they update it?

 

yeah, in mods next to oxide 2 it now says the oxide version. check it against the latest version Release build changelog gameservers are generally slow on the ball. especially at weekends. but they're relatively stable servers at a low price.
