Yesterday I got my own server for rust experimental or rust 2.0 or rust new whatever you would like to call it. This is my first time running a server but I would like to put some mods on it. I have found that Oxide 2 is the way to do that but I cannot seem to get it to work. On ACPlayer which is the Vilayer server management site there is a link to download oxide 2 once that is downloaded what do I do? It just seems very confusing and I can't seem to find a step by step in using Oxide 2 with an already bought server.
Thank you in advance for any help.
If you guys have any questions for me just ask.
Oxide 2 help?

The below tutorials should apply, just ignore the steamcmd steps if your host does that for you:
- http://oxidemod.org/threads/installing-plugins-on-your-experimental-server.6307/
-
So when I go to upload my plugins it gives me the message.
403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
What should I do now? -

You can't post plugins to the forum, we have a resources section instead. http://oxidemod.org/plugins/

Sorry I wasn't posting to the forum that was me trying to upload them to my plugin file on my server and that is the message I got.

I'd suggest contacting your host then.

Ok so I got the Plugins in the plugin folder and they also show in the config folder.
Now when I got into my server they say invalid command. -

most of them have errors like
[Error] Failed to load plugin Give
File: Give.lua Line: 1 unexpected symbol near '/':
and
[Error] Failed to load plugin m-Godmode: (IOException: Sharing violation on path C:\TCAFiles\Users\MatthewP1\39807\Release\server\vserver\oxide\plugins\m-Godmode.lua) -

Huh? Which ones did I rename to .lua? I didn't know I did that.
