Outpost keeps attacking me for no reason

Is there any way to look at the settings for the outpost/town/safe zone? I'm trying to set town tp there but I can't even get in as it always shoots me even when I have no weapons on me...

Nope, it does it to players too

 

Seems to have fixed itself
