You could just have a look at the kits plugin, but you can actually do what you describe with the kits plugin. Basically you just equip yourself with all the items you
want in your kit and then you use /kit add "autokit" "automatically distributed" which will clear your current inventory and save the items as a kit and
every time a player spawns the kit will automatically be redeemed and thus the items will be equipped.
