Solved Opening oxide.data and other .db files?

    Hey guys! I'm looking for program to open oxide.groups(lang;users;other).data; and also zlevelsremastered.db; I tryed to open these files with Exel, Access and Notepad++, but i have troubles finding right encoding... Any help would be appriciated=)

    The .db from ZLevelsRemastered is an SQLite database. The .data files from Oxide are not meant to be edited manually, but they are ProtoBuf files.

    Oh, tnx. I forgot the sqlite xD. I wanted to have access to oxide.data cuz having some troubles with hell lot of permissions)
