Rust Online staff GUI

I am looking to edit my server GUI or even create a completely new section where players can view online staff, is it possible to create something which will display online staff to show how many staff are online?

For example, display a number depending on how many staff are on the server with autlevel 1 / 2.

what would be better, and anyone can use this idea, would be to use a permission system, reason being is that on my server only 1 person has moderatorID (lvl1) while all admins and mods use plugins to simulate lvl1 because I do not want them to have console access.

This would mean most of the admins on my servers and other servers set like this would be missed, solution is a permission based system.
When a player joins it will check if he has a permission eg modname.mod modename.admin modname.owner, if they have one they will get added to the associated list.
Then when a player uses the mod to see online admins the lists will generate the names.

we was just messing around with the plugin but its not how we want it. maybe your public mod will be good?

I would love to see this addon. Im a lone Owner/Admin on my server and I would like players to see when I'm online(green) , offline(red) and busy(orange). This would be helpful. Maybe add the commands /busy and /free to toggle between busy and not busy
