Solved OnEntityTakeDamage resulted in a conflict

The first message you can ignore, it has already been reported. It will only be shown once on load too.

For the second, that is happening because you have multiple plugins trying to handle the same thing, so you'd either need to only use one, or make them compatible with each other. I have no idea what "Admin" is, so I can't really help much beyond that.
