1. Where can I download old version of Oxide for Rust Devblog 96?

As far as I know you cannot downgrade Rust to an older build, you only have the option to use the current active version, a pre-release build or the original Rust game which is now labeled Legacy. If it is Oxide for the Legacy branch you seek then you can find this in the download section, if you are looking for a build from a few weeks or months ago then you are out of luck as we do not support older builds. If you really want Oxide to work with that you will have to patch the game files and compile Oxide yourself.
