Not sure how to install oxide

    Looking for help installing oxide, Im too confused

    If self-hosting: Shutdown server > download Oxide .zip > extract .zip > overwrite files > done.
    If paid hosting: Generally one-click via your host's control panel > done.

    What exactly is the issue?

    Hello Wolf!

    Since the OP isnt responding, i will go on with the question as i have the same problem.

    I am farely new to Rust, and i have rented a server via gameservers. The server is up and running, and i have downloaded the mods (like oxide) in my gamepanel.

    From there on, i dont know it anymore. I have tried to search for video's but they are all outdated.

    Maybe you can help me?

    on gameservers you stop server via your panel install latest rust files (think its the mod tab) after its completed stop again as it auto starts after each action then install oxide after completed restart server
    But so you know gameservers is the worst host around for rust

    I have already completed these steps, but it only says that the mods are installed.
