"Not enough space" when trying to build

I am unable to place flooring around this area (look at picture). Nothing is above, below, around, or anywhere near where I am trying to build.
I have BetterLoot, CopyPaste, DeathNote, EasyAirdrop, Friends,GatherManager,ImageLibrary, NTeleportation,PathFinding,QuickSmelt, and Waypoints installed.

This is a rust issue that isn't affected by Oxide. The blue/red tint that indicates whether you can place things is not determined by the server, it's client side. When you actually click to place it then is sent to the server.

The issue is that building checks are a little sensitive & therefore can trigger false positives, I've had this happen and from my experience I left it for a 10 minutes and I was able to place again

 

Did you just venture around the map? Or was the server closed?

 

Server stayed open, just did other things.

 

Hmm, still isn't working after 3 hours. Not sure what else to try.
