Non-stop problems with my host

I'm at a loss, is anyone else that has gameservers as their host having problems with them, I have been having problems for a month now. The server restarts itself every 2 hours and the staff are bloody useless. Does anyone know how i'd go about fixing this myself? =l. I've had the server down to the point where it was throwing up literally NO errors and it was still crashing.

 

Never had such issues and i have two servers with them right now and had 4-5 legacy servers with them over the years...

 

I've moved country! server wise, seems to all be going okay so far... I think it's just London!
