Hate to sound douchey, but "HeliControl" already has this feature built in.

keep the heli from spawning in your startup variables?

 

I tried to disable it with HeliControl but not working at all, that's why i do my own & share it to you guys

I tried too, but still coming on my server... NoHeli plugin destroy the PatrolHeli instantly when he is spawning/respawning
