Any update on this? I would like to use this plugin but can't now due to the error..

Couldn't replicate the error, so the patch is a total guess

do i need the command after every item i drop?

 

The only command is for debugging. Ownership will be removed once the item is removed from the player

 

what exactly does this do? me and the moderators are confused?

 

Removes fractional ownership of items for admins/players with permission, like the description says
So if you spawn a item and give it to a player you wont have a stake in the XP that is earnt from the player using that item
