No radiation and building privs are not showing on screen

hiya guys sicne last update i have no radtaion and my building privs dont show on screen how do i fix this on the server thanks see the link for the build privs problem

 

I noticed today that I'm having this same problem but since I rarely play on my server so it's probably been an on going problem since Sunday as well. Before I found this thread I originally noticed that the 'Building Privilege' notification won't disappear, now I've also noticed that the radiation isn't actually on even though its showing enabled.

For troubleshooting this I've reinstalled the rust update and oxide, twice and I've disabled all plugins. I haven't found these issues to exist on my vanilla server.

 

ive found a maybe problem plugin called proxie im not 100% sure its this will find out after this update

 

I saw your post about that on the proxie thread. I did install proxie about 2 or 3 days ago. After reading your post I removed the plugin along with all its config files but no change. I've also tried doing a rust update and then deleted the oxide folder from my server. Even after testing like that i still run into the same problem. I would do a complete uninstall of oxide if I could but I haven't figure that out yet with out losing all my saved data. I may just possibly ride this out until next Thursday and then do a fresh install on my server of everything.
