1. Is anyone else having an issue where when you update oxide the server appears to be running but no players can connect or see it in the browser ?

If your server isn't starting, then both would likely be because of that. You'd have to check your server to see if it's actually running. Otherwise, Oxide itself does not control connecting to or the displaying of your server.

  3. Hey, Thanks for the quick reply. My server is starting and the live map works and everything seems fine. But no one can see the server and it does not show in the browser. When i stop the server and run steamcmd to check for updates it redownloads a single file and when i reboot the server it works players can connect but oxide no longer loads.

Running SteamCMD would uninstall Oxide. The only thing happening when you install Oxide is that it adds the "modded" tag, which Rust uses to list your server under Modded. Other than that, there is nothing that Oxide does to affect your server listing in any way. This also would not affect players being able to connect or not.

  5. Shut down server again loaded oxide and rebooted. Getting this error in the logs:
    Code:
    [2018-05-03 15:59:40] [App 252490] - Failed to call Inventory.GetItemDefMeta#1: No Connection (error message: )

But otherwise, the server looks like its running fine.
