Solved No permission to use F1 item list (plugin blocking it)

I can't seem to give myself permission to use the f1 item list to give myself things, and I can't use any commands in f1. Everything I can look into says my auth is 2 but I feel like I'm missing something any ideas?

Edit: Problem Solved, a plugin was blocking me from using it gave myself permissions fixed it.

Edit 2: RemoveAAA was blocking it

 

What plugin was blocking it? I am having the same issue
