1. So I have my rust server all setup with a few mods. I have the port forwarding set to 28015 on both udp and tcp. it shows up in the server list but no one can join not even my friend whos on my own Internet.

  2. Windows or Linux...? ( assume windows with all the Linux issues right now )
Windows I would check "Windows Firewall"
In "Advanced Settings" look for Rust Dedicated... one will be TCP one will be UDP. "Any" on both local port and remote port.. Allowed users Any... etc..

If this is not there you might need to add it...
"New rule" and find your Rust dedicated .exe.. etc....

  3. Generally that issue is caused by the firewall as mentioned by the person above.

  4. We got it to work however, it took us multiple attemps to get in, like we had to spam the connect command just to get in anyone may know why that is?

  5. Then it seems to be most likely a connection issue. If I remember correctly, Rust only needs to be portforwarded on the UDP. As for requiring to spam the connections, what message are you getting when you are not allowed to connect?

  6. Mine was connection attempt failed but that's when I tried to join through the browser list. my friends got connection terminated or something.

Also another thing I notice I couldn't select skins that I own.
