As the title says, ive been on other servers and jump in the water and drown and get cold straight away. On mine i can stay in open water underwater for as long as i want, no drowning, no cold, go inland into a river and it works. Its not just me either, everyone on the server, i dont know if this could be caused by a pluggin or what.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I've seen a few reports from others on Slack. The quickest way to test if it is a plugin is by removing all though.

yeah sod that shit ive had nothing but hassle with my
server, been wiped 5 times since the update. (Multiplay server) shuts itself down and wont restart, think its sorted now, was issue there end. Got 10 npc's running around
the map underground and in the air at the mo that ive got to go clear up
