1. Hello everyone,

I am having an issue with my server i hope you guys can help me with asap.
I was going to add 2 plugins to my server, so i stopped it, and i put ''InfoPanel.cs'' and ''KillFeed.cs'' in ''File Manager> \Release\server\vserver\oxide\plugins\''

After i did that, i started my server, but nothing is happening, seems like it wont go online.
I then deleted the files again, uninstalled and re-installed oxide, without luck.

I am using vilayer, if that makes any difference.
I really do not know what do do.
I will include some screens so that you can see what i'm talking about.

Oh yeah, and Rusty wont connect to the server either.

Check your RustDedicated_Data/output_log.txt and oxide/logs for errors. Also, you do not need to stop the server to install plugins, that is only needed for installing/updating Oxide and the game. The plugin should not be preventing the server from starting though, they aren't loaded until it is started.

  3. Thanks for your quick reply! Here is the log:

  4. You server is down I see unless you don't have the map plugin installed Rust:IO
Have you tried uploading your plugins via filezilla Try a restart from your panel also check logs for problem and get in touch with your support

you need to remove the -load from your startup bat you will find that under commandline manager

The look looks old (Oxide may not be installed anymore), I'd check the other log I mentioned.

  6. Did you change anything in your commandline manager or anywhere else. If you wiped it all stop server install oxide and the map again restart it should work but if you did wipe all will be lost plugins, data, config and player info

  7. Hello, the changes i have made in the commandline manager, i did prior to trying to install the plugins, so it should not be an issue. And i haven't wiped the server, i simply uninstalled oxide, reinstalled it and the updated it.

Where can i find that log file?

  8. You dont need to remove oxide only update and what changes did you do in the commandline manager did you happen to change the server name and server port as I find this one one the ip you are using with a different port Rust:IO

  9. I only changed server description and image.

  10. Rust:IO
You also need to remove the -load as well that is no longer used

  11. What is Rust:IO? And i am unable to do that through the commandline manager, it will not let me edit it.

I wouldn't worry about Rust:IO, that isn't the issue. The log I mentioned previously you can find under the path \Release\RustDedicated_Data, unless your host is setting -logFile to a different location. Your "Log Viewer" on the control panel may show it too.

  13. No luck in either of those destinations. I wrote customer support ages ago, still no reply, so i'm pretty stuck here. Any other ideas?

What logs does your Log Viewer show? What does your command-line look like?

  15. Hello, you can see my Log Viewer and Commandline below, as you can see, the commandline is not editable.

The "console.log" in your server's root would be the most useful.

  17. Hello,
I seem to have fixed the issue by deleting all my server files and re-installing. I was hoping to avoid wiping the server, but anyways, it's working now. Thanks alot for your help!

You could try restoring portions of it, such as the Storage.db, UserPersistence.db, and the .sav file one-by-one to see if it loads fine with them. A wipe shouldn't be needed, it just sounds like the server is missing something.
