Hello , another request here .
can someone make a plugin that will do it so if anyone writes in CAPS it will make it lower case auto . so admins dont have to site there muting everyone doing it .
reason why i want this ? . our server has a rule against it : Posting in CAPS LOCK is very often taken as screaming and is therefore not appreciated
