No blueprints, not learnable

Hello

I am hosting a rust server, but it's acting weird.
Server has the latest version of Oxide installed and no plugins enabled.
It doesn't show me any blueprints and won't let me learn new ones.

EDIT: Mapwipe did not work, so now trying a new server install.
[DOUBLEPOST=1422322870][/DOUBLEPOST]Fresh install did the trick, atleast for now.
