Rust Night Time Murderers

Hello, I was hoping someone could make a plugin that would allow murderers spawn at sunset and de-spawn at sunrise with a Murderers controller to allow the changing of the speed and strength of the murderers. This would make night time scary for PvE servers. Please.

I can pay if need be.

It could yes.......if Timed Execute actually worked. I've tried Timed Execute over and over, it executes commands randomly if it executes the command at all. I've tried to fix it but can't get it working properly. On the forum, there are numerous people having the same issue.
