I just purchased a new GameServer (month to month) and have installed a bunch of plug-ins (correctly I hope) but I do not know how to navigate the commands as owner. Do I do this 'in game' or thru an RCON or a Web RCON? Which works best? I'm computer savvy but haven't run a server since CounterStrike days back in the day. Any help is appreciated. . .thank you!

each plugin has a page with an overview, which SHOULD tell you how to work and where to put each command and/or permission.
Some plugins just have chat commands, some have both RCON and Chat commands. RCON commands work just like chat commands and it doesn't matter what you use, RCON or Chat. as long as the plugin allows one or both or the other.
