New Server Admin

Where to start....
Setup Rusty already and got my password and admin working for my server.
Trying to locate the config.ini file to open and setup things like teleport, instacraft and what not.
I cant find the config.ini file and do not know if I need any additional programs. I have oxide 2 installed on my server and it is updated. I can get into the FTP files for my server but cannot access or change them. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Both Oxide and Rust do not have ant configuration files, only what plugins provide. For help installing plugins and where to configure them, see http://oxidemod.org/threads/installing-plugins-on-your-experimental-server.6307/.
