Solved New map, radiation does not work, why

I'm create new map, but I got "bug" with rads towns, nowhere is not radiation, wheres problem?

Can you tell me, why my map have just five radiations, sphere, warehouse, road and thats it.
And other servers, have alot of this builds? (cave etc.)

 

They are using different seeds.

 

If you read the official devblogs you will see that radiation has been disabled for the last two updates
