New Admin need help with mods

Hello, Had a server for a while but got put off by not really knowing how to config the mods values. Ive had some help from the EU help service but id like someone who knows what to do to maybe talk me through the rest of the addons and how to change them to what I want/need.

Any help would be great, I'm willing to add on steam or join a discord.

I am now vanilla owner (remoevd mods form my server) but i can help you with this. I keep my installed mods in one folder (incase i turn it again modded) and i can help you how to start with every modded serers should have mods.
