Need help setting up my server with Low.ms

I'm new to Rust servers but decided to try and create my own. Ive decided to get one through LOW.MS but having trouble install plugins and figure everything out. Was wondering if there was anyone that was experienced that could give me a few pointers and help a brother out lol

 

Are you renting a dedicated server?
How are you uploading the plugins?
