Need help setting up a server

hello, I want to make a Zombie Server with a quite good spawn.
I managed to create a Server from 4NetP*****
I can start it and turn it off. I changed regular settings.
Now to get a Mod, i read that i need to download Oxide 2.
When I try to download trough this Page, the dl is only about 80mb
after I extract it, its a Folder named Oxide-Rust. Inside of that RustDedicated_data. inside of that Managed. and then its only x64 x84 and a bunch of files. Thats the only thing what is in there.

Every other Youtube clip had more files in there.
Also i figured, I dont have the Server on my Computer, how do I get it?
Is there someone who could help me with that issue ?
I got Steam,Discord and Ts to communicate.

You drag and drop the folder RustDedicated_Data into the same place you find the RustDedicated.exe file
