Need help installing plugins and get them to work

Hello!

My apologies in advance for my grammar, not my native language.

I have rented a server from gameservers.com for rust. Ik have downloaded RustAdmin en an FTP client.
I have installed some plugins in the pluginfile, but nothing happens in game.

I also just find out that i cant build foundations only on specific places, i get the error not enough building space/foundation.prefab:not in terrain

Can someone help me out?

Is there no one on this forum willing to help me install plugins on my server?

I have a server from gameservers.com and have installed RustAdmin, notepad++ and have the RCON:IO web client. I absolutely have no idea how to install those plugins in the server and how to work with it. The video's and tutorials online are mostley outdated so they dont work 99% of the time.

You will need filezilla so you can login to your ftp
