My server storage 4.59gbs

    what is storage ??

    it is delete for storage ??

    The storage folders contains mostly (if not only) images used by signs and plugins (if they are coded to store the images on the server). If you would delete it without wiping the server all signs will be blank and it could possibly throw a few errors here and there.

    or how to wipe without mess up all

    when I wipe the server... can I delete all the content of storage folder?

    You can, you'd just lose all your signs and images used by plugins that store locally.
