  2. Just curious. The default is 256, do you notice much difference above that?

Are you hosting private? If not, maybe your provider have set a limit to prevent users from using too much power?

300 isn't low... 256 is the standard, and generally 60+ is fine in most instances for games.

  4. yeap

I realy dont know a person running the game in more than 101 FPS
I run normaly 101, with droped FPS when the Heli crashing of a lot of fire... but nothing more.
That's drop are a problem in Rust client side,
and @ZeusGOD you can to raise up the FPS on client puting more FPS on server. 250 is normal, and if your server is good, your average will be up to 230. If you have low spec server you can Limit the FPS to 100 and all will be fine anyway.

Pretty much the higher you go, you're really mainly just using more CPU and resources.

What happens if I change server.ratetick to 20?

It'd likely change the tick rate. ;) I'm not really familiar with that setting though.

How is this related to the server FPS? :p

  11. There is a spawn on my server.
People are caught in the spawn and shatter the fps of the area.
So I want to be able to go straight to the house with my sleeping bag!

  12. Would not go below 30
