Must have plugins for Rust?

I am a new server owner. I have been playing on many other servers lately to get the ideas of Mods out there. I am curious of everyones opinions on the "must have" mods.
I like the teleport feature. I like the loot multiplier. I like the kits and I like skinbox. I like when servers have the info bar along the top or bottom edge with time, direction, players, etc on it, i like the voteday feature, I like when I gather and the resources I collected are multiplied. I like reward systems and so much more. I am not sure what mods these all are yet (well except for skinbox)
I am curious what mods does everyone run?

I have already done that and my server host as a ton of oxide mods for me to install. However, knowing which are the best to use and which are the most commonly used is something that a search cannot provide info on hence my thread here. Searching through the mods just got me more confused thats why I asked for admin opinions and advice.

 

It's really up to each server owner what plugins they want to use this is why I said to look over the plugins see what ones you want to install
