Solved MOTD with buttons and such?

I've seen some serveres with a very nice motd, like buttons, texts, categories. It shows when u join, and u have to click a button name "Exit" to close it, no to type in chat /motd,inf,help, etc. And it's not the rules plugin, i haven't found anything like it among plugins list, can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.
