More barrels on Hapis Island

So... On my server new map and barrels are sucks. xD

Can anyone help, maybe any eazy plugin, that will spawn them normally?

 

Same way on mine. You arent alone. It would be nice if somebody could force the barrel respawns within specific coords.

Happy by what? You will fly and spawn them every min for 1 week before update?

 

gah i came here hoping for a fix..... need a mod that deletes/moves any barrels placed in the water.... seriously i only have like 15 barrels on the whole island cause the rest are in the water

 

Hopefully they will just push out an updated earlier than next week. They already pushed another update a few hours ago to fix the stone spawning issue - the barrel one im guessing is a little bit more work to fix

 

i dont think the stone issue was really fixed? i still have a bunch of stone in the water... i just ended up spawning metal ore nodes everywhere... it makes me miss the spawner gun mod

 

That's why I just used a custom seed. This "new" map is so bad lol

 

yeah i fell like they only worked on it a little bit. i think after next weeks update im going to switch back to a seed till they get it more developed

 

Is there any way to be able to control the spawn of loot barrels either by how many or how quickly they respawn?

 

I tried to fix this by increasing the spawn rates and density.. but then you get forests that are too dense and lower FPS significantly. Finding the balance is difficult and it did help to make these adjustments as there are more ores and barrels available.

 

where do you edit that?

 

Console commands

spawn.min_rate <value>

spawn.max_rate
spawn.min_density
spawn.max_density

Adjust these values with extreme caution. You can overload your server pretty easily.

 

Try to use - "del autospawn/resource/loot/loot-barrel"

 

Why did they not fix the barrels on HapisIsland?

 

Hi Guys,

So after the new update 14/05/2015 i started using the new map on my server.

There is still a problem with the barrels and the rock nods, have you guys found a solution yet maybe?

 

What are the default set at?

 

i see the ice crystals also not working any solution yet?
