    I wanted to know is there a plugin that changes
    * frequency airdrops drop
    * how fast they drop

    There are multiple plugins out there already that handle this. Ex. FancyDrop, AirdropControl, etc. I'd recommend using the search feature of the site, else use Google and use keywords such as "oxide airdrop" and you'll easily find things if they are available.
