Monument door barriers

Hi all

Im trying to get my server going with PVE and no damage to player buildings other than Twig decay but when i have something like this setup the barriers over monument doors can not be broken so there is no monument looting. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to fix this, or what plugins i would need to sort this out please.

How do remove them the baricades? I know with ent kill but they respawn after the time.

 

I used the inbuilt pve and then truepve plugin seems to allow what i was after
