Solved Modifying plugins without restart?

Title says it all. My population is picking up and I'd like to disrupt them as little as possible. Unfortunately when I need to edit a config to fix or change something a restart is required to have it take effect. Is there any other way of loading in the new settings with out a restart?

Via rcon do oxide.reload pluginname (plugin name is case sensitive).
You also have oxide.load and oxide.unload available to you.
