Modify an existing plugin

Hello, is there anyone who can modify a plugin for me?

It's the Night Kill Only plugin. I want the server messages and everything to remain the same, but remove the daytime invulnerability?

I thought this would solve the daytime KOS problem, but instead it introduced a slew of other problems. Like if someone was raiding a base or being roped, there was no way to stop the attacker. So we found there were some instances where daytime killing was necessary for survival.

I like the chat messages and would like to keep those. Daytime KOS will just have to be handled through Amdin reports instead of server automation.

I am not skilled at coding and not comfortable making the necessary changes to the .cs file. Any help?
