Solved Mod packs for Rust?

Hello, iam new in setups rust, someone knows packs of mods to put in my server? like the server on the moded rust servers, i put the plugins in the plugin oxide carpet server, but i dont know if i need do more in the server to see if all are running ok, i had search for a mod package to put in the oxide carpet but dont find nothing, need tuturial for noobs lol

 

My problem is, I upload the plugins, but I don’t know if I need do something more after I upload , my problem is player said to me they don’t have tpa/homes/removes/ etc , and I don’t know how and where I change that, sorry iam noob , I have a rust server in verygames but I have this problem to solve if you can help me or tell where o can learn about that! Thanks

 

I think that is a problem with grant permissions, but thanks I go check solutions in the forum.
