Not an Issue Method not found: Oxide.Core.VersionNumber (outdated)

I don't know whats going on with my rust and i don't know how to fix it someone please help. There should be a picture with this that should show whats going on.

 

But i have everything updated and even without oxide it still gives me that error

I Put oxide into my rust deticated server file and no matter what even if i take the oxide file out or put it back i always get the same error. Im not sure what exactly is happening to it. Is there a way to install or uninstall oxide
