Maxplayers command won't work

It seems that you can only set the server to max 60 people now.

But i still see some server with over 100 max player.
Does they change the command line ?

You are allowed to do this, unless you are using spoofing (fake) players. IE there is 75/100 but you have 12 players online, then you'll most likely be blacklisted.
