Max players over 60 and still listed?

Hi, I run the HurtCraft network and last few days it's been bugging me to see there is a server with 244 max players on the list, but I thought your server gets blocked from the list if you have over 60 max players?
I'd really like to know how that's done or what the situation is there because I'd love to have a 200 player server too and also it seems extremely unfair that only one server ? gets to do this?

oh, i thought it was because one day around when i read that, all those chinese 244 servers disappeared from my list. thanks wulf
