Map with launch site?

Hey, how can i active on my server the Launch side map ?
Pll say its not activated ?

 

Racket launch place.if you mean that?its every map,if i am right.

I dont activate that or anything and when they push that game,launcher site show up my map.i have 4k seed .but some ones have launcher site also 3k seed .

 

You need to be using a Map Seed (server.seed) which includes the Launch Site. As it's a huge monument I would suggest aiming for a Map Size (server.worldsize) of at least 3000. Any worldsize below 3-4k will have low possibility of being able to generate the Launch Site successfully.
Either test out your own bunch of Map Seeds until you find one which includes the Site, alternatively go here --> Rust Live Map & Map Generator OR Rust Live Map & Map Generator and use one of the seeds already in use by other servers.
Note: Changing your server.seed or server.worldsize will wipe all player buildings/ inventories.
