Solved Map item not working (wrong key)

Every since two updates ago, when anyone tries to use the map object on my server it doesn't work. You put it in the slot and hold M as it used to work and nothing happens.

Is this a confirmed issue, what it changed or is some plugin I'm using interfering?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
