Making heli and APC damage players?

Hello everyone!

We own a modded PVE-Community Server in Rust...since you got to have some threads in PVE, I was wondering if i can get the heli and the Bradley APC to do damage on players. Is it only possible with TruePVE? Because since now I didn´t got in touch with such a complex mod and I´m worried if I can deal with this plugin...
