Solved Made my own server, can't connect to it

Hey.. I just made my own server and it worked fine until i installed Oxide

I'm pretty sure you download it and unzip/move all files to server files folder

When I try to join via ingame console, it says
(ingame console)

Connection request accepted
Disconnect Reason: Steam auth timeout
Disconnected (Steam Auth Timeout) - returning to main menu
Streaming system overload -- deferring playback. FMOD Error: Operation could not be performed because specified sound/DSP connection is not ready

and on my server console
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (its my ip):xxxxx (some random port number)//76561198039534277//Hermione rejecting conncection - Steam Auth Timeout
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xxxxx//76561198039534277//Hermione kicked: Steam Auth Timeout

any solutions? or suggestions?
