Low Server Fps?

Hey,


Im Running a Rust Server and the Server is Running at 4 Fps @ 30 Players.

I tried to Unload All Plugins but it didnt change the Fps

Map Size is 3500

Cpu load is at @ 20% and Ram Usage is around 2.5 GB


Server Hardware is

Intel Xeon E5-2600 v3 @ 2.6GHz
24 GB Ram
Windows Server 2012 R2

If you have any tips to improve perfomance please let me know.

How did you see your Server FPS ?

 

bottom right corner @ server console but it doesnt show up if the server name is too long
