Loot table is not working properly

Hey so when I break barrels ill get food, and scrap. when i look in crates (Including military crates and elite crates its the same thing) I find a row of food items in all crates. can someone help?

 

What loot plugin are you using? is it vanilla loot? did you edit any of the loot files from a loot plugin ?
