Solved Loot not dropping (outdated build)

Since I've wiped the server and reinstalled the new Oxide version and got the server ready to go again, loot doesn't drop! Barrels don't drop items, when they drop from your inventory, it doesn't work! Does anyone know what I need to do???

i had the same issues, when i drop items, it doesn't show on the group, players in my server can't see it either. even the oil tank doesn't drop anything, can someone help?

 

This is also my issue. VERY aggravating.

 

I really wish this can be fixed soon, this is seriously damaging the fun of the game

 

Yes, people in my server are just kind of bailing because of the issue.

 

are you renting the server from some websites? cuz i am thinking maybe the providers' version of oxide is not updated, but the server is updated which means it might cause some issues i suppose?

I just fixed my server. turns out the oxide version my server provided provided was not the newest version. i manually downloaded oxide 2 newest version and uploaded them through ftp, now my server is fixed

 

I'm renting from GameServers. I'm on the most recent version of Oxide.

 

Well that's disappointing. Server is really hurting cause of this.

 

same here, the oxide they provided on the website says "Updated 4/9" is actually not the newest one. I talked to them on mIRC today after the newest update, that's when they updated oxide2. However, it was something around 3 o'clock, oxide2 newest official update happened 4 o'clock today.
in simple words, if you updated your server under that "mods" tab, it is the newest patch now; if you updated oxide 2 under "mods" tab, it is NOT the newest patch.
just download oxide 2 here and upload exacted files to ftp, restart and you ll be fine
