Looking for some help

So I set up a server , installed oxide and started adding plugins

The first problem is my server only shows up in community (but oxide is installed and working)
The second problem is only 1 of the 9 plugins I added are working (this is how I know oxide is installed)

So my questions are :
Have I supposedly installed the plugins incorrect ? (even though in the same place as 1 working plugin)
Do I need to reinstall oxide and said plugins ?

 

Where do I add oxide.version to check ?

Now to work out how I add kits and change the gather rate

yeah I tried but it said unknown command

 

Then that means Oxide is not installed.
